Our Kura uses SchoolDocs - an online portal which stores our policies and procedures.
SchoolDocs is a website for our school’s policies, procedures and forms.
SchoolDocs update, modify or create policies in response to changes in legislation or Ministry guidelines, significant events and reviews/requests from schools.
The site is organised into policy topics which outline the board’s responsibilities and are based on the Ministry’s National Administration Guidelines.
Policies are reviewed each term as part of a 3-year review cycle.
Some policies are reviewed by the Poari (Board) but the majority are reviewed by both Poari and Kaimahi, or the whole Kura community (Board, Staff and Caregivers).
